These characteristics make the LED hard to damage. Compared to ordinary light bulbs and fluorescent lamps, LEDs can be described as solid, sturdy and countless times durable.
LED lamp has a long service life: Under the appropriate current and voltage, the service life of the LED lamp can reach 100,000 hours, which means that the product life can reach more than 10 years in theory, which has a longer service life than other types of lamps.
Safe low voltage: LED lights use low-voltage DC power supply (AC can be rectified into DC), the power supply voltage is between 6 ~ 24V, depending on the product. In short, it uses a DC power supply that is safer than a high-voltage power supply, and is particularly suitable for homes and public places.
Wide range of application: Due to its small size, each unit LED chip is a square or a circle of 3 ~ 5mm, so it is more suitable for the preparation of devices with complex molding processes. For example, for the production of soft, bendable lamps, lamp strips, and special-shaped lamps, currently only LEDs are suitable.
Richer colors: the lamps on the market used to have a single color. To achieve color purposes, one is to paint or cover the colored pieces on the surface of the lamp, and the other is to fill the lamp with inert gas to emit light, so the richness of color is affected. Limit. LED is digitally controlled, and the light-emitting chip can emit a variety of colors, including red, green, and blue ternary colors. Less heat emission: LED is a more advanced cold light source. It does not radiate a large amount of infrared and ultraviolet rays like incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps. It is especially suitable for the lighting of valuables such as cultural relics, jewelry, high-end cosmetics and so on. There is almost no current heating effect like an incandescent lamp, and it will not be blown by the influence of thermal expansion and contraction. It will not make the bulbs yellow, accelerate the aging of the lamps, and will not cause a greenhouse effect on the surrounding environment.
Less environmental pollution: LED protection for the environment is mainly manifested in three aspects:
First, there is no danger of metallic mercury. LED lamps do not use high-risk mercury like fluorescent lamps, and there will be no public hazards such as mercury ions or phosphors that may leak during the manufacturing process or after damage.
Second, the epoxy resin used to manufacture LEDs is an organic polymer compound. After curing, it has good physical and chemical properties, high bonding strength to wafers and metals, hard and flexible, stable to saline and most solvents, and not easily damaged Even if it is damaged or aged, it can be recycled and reused without polluting the environment.
Third, the particle layout of LED lamps and display screens generally generates scattered light and rarely generates light pollution.
