B. Turn on the power according to the rated input voltage of the LED lamp;
C. The lamp is controlled by the relay to perform the impact test under normal temperature and normal pressure. The test setting is: lighting for 30s, turning off the lamp for 30s, and circulating 10,000 times.
Testing requirements:
After the normal temperature and normal pressure impact test, the lamp can not cause electrical anomalies such as electric leakage and lighting.

4, temperature cycle test:

testing method:
A, put 5 LED lamps in a test box, the temperature of the test box can adjust the temperature change rate;
B. Turn on the power according to the rated input voltage of the LED lamp;
C, the temperature range of the test box is set from -10 ℃ to 50 ℃, the temperature shift rate: greater than 1 ℃ / min, but less than 5 ℃ / min;
D, the test box is kept at 0.5H at high temperature and low temperature, and is circulated 8 times.
Testing requirements:
After the temperature cycle test, the lamp can not be electrically anomalous such as leakage or lighting.

5, constant damp heat test:

testing method:
A, the five LED lamps are placed in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, the constant temperature and humidity chamber is set to a relative humidity of 95%, the temperature is 45 ℃;
B, according to the rated input voltage of the LED lamp, the power supply is turned on 48H;
C. After the sample is taken out, the surface water drops are wiped off, and the test is carried out after returning to normal atmospheric pressure and normal temperature for 2H.
Testing requirements:
A, the appearance is free from rust, cracks or other mechanical damage;

6, vibration test:

testing method:
A. Pack 5 LED luminaire samples on the vibration test bench;
B, the vibration tester vibration speed is set to 300 rev / min, the amplitude is set to 2.54 cm, start the vibrometer;
C. Test the lamps in the above three directions of up, down, left and right, and front and back for 30 minutes.
Testing requirements:
After the vibration test, the luminaire cannot be abnormally caused by parts falling off, structural damage, and no lighting.

7, life test:
Target: LED lamps (finished lamps with LED Driver)
Reference standard: industry experience
testing method:
A. Test the initial luminous flux, power, color temperature and other parameters according to the rated input in 5 LED lamps at room temperature of 25 ℃;
B. After the initial test is completed, place the samples in an environment with a room temperature of 25 ℃, and turn on the power according to the rated input voltage;
C. In the first three months, the samples were tested for the same environment and the same conditions as the initial test every 10 days, and the measured light, power, color temperature, etc. were recorded and compared with the initial parameters;
D. After the test is carried out for three months, the test interval is adjusted to perform a parametric test once a month, and the data is recorded and compared with the initial value;
Testing requirements:
A. In the life test, when the luminous flux is attenuated by 70% of its initial luminous flux, the life of the sample is calculated, and the average life of the LED lamp is obtained by calculating the average value of the life of all the samples;
B. If the LED sample does not light up during the test, it is the absolute life time.
